Our training activities adapt to the needs for your company and your employees. They are also addressed to the organizations public and the centers of Training.

  We have the possibility of proposing two types of Training to you :

- standard modules exempted by many organizations,
- specific modules adapted to the company and its problems.

  These Training are installed after pegging by the leader when they had not been sometimes already identified as a preliminary.

The advantage of our training activity combined with our intervention is a better coherence of the unit, than we translate by " Train'Action".

  All our modules of formations are directly and completely applicable on the ground and allow in real time the adaptation of the Training and the desired improvement.

  These Training have for advantages of being targeted and of limited duration because the current companies not neither time nor the means of sending in training course during weeks their personnel and quickly wish a return of their investment.

  Our trainers received all during their professional experience, of teacher trainings, thus allowing to integrate the human and psychological aspect in the given trainings and to touch a vast public energy of the employee to the leader while passing through the students .

  During their last experiments our trainers intervened in large Frenches companies and foreign, like in the CCI, centers AFPA, universities (schools of engineers, IUT...)
